We ship one product before starting the next. Restraint over reach — one thing in flight, one thing shipped, nothing left half-finished on the way to something new.

Not for its own sake. Not to feel modern. Only where it makes the product more responsive to the person using it — and only after it passes a safety layer we wrote and maintain ourselves.

Novelty spikes fade in a week. We design for the second month and the sixth, when the product has to still be useful. If behaviour change is slow, our software has to be patient too.
