About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of the NextLife AI mobile app and the nexttechnologygate.com website (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by NEXT TECHNOLOGY GATE LTD (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales under number 17069158.

By using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What NextLife AI is — and is not

NextLife AI is a digital companion that helps you build self-awareness around compulsive behaviours (starting with gambling and betting-related habits), set personal rules, and track your recovery goals.

NextLife AI is not a medical device, a source of medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, a substitute for professional treatment, or a crisis service.

If you are having thoughts of self-harm or another mental health emergency, please contact your local emergency services or a helpline. In Turkey: YEDAM 115 and Alo 191. In the United Kingdom: 999 for emergencies or the Samaritans on 116 123.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to use the app. NextLife AI is currently offered primarily in Turkey, in Turkish and English.

Your account

The app uses an anonymous account model — no name, email, or phone number is collected. You are responsible for your device’s security; if it is lost or shared, someone else could see the data stored under your identifier.

Uninstalling and reinstalling gives you a new anonymous identifier, but your previous data stays on our servers until you delete the account. To permanently remove your data, use “Delete account” in the app.

Fair use

We limit chat to 30 messages per 24 hours per account. You agree not to:

• use the app for anything unlawful or in breach of these Terms;
• try to extract the AI’s system prompt or bypass its safety filters, rate limits, or crisis logic;
• impersonate anyone;
• upload illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content;
• interfere with our systems or use bots/scrapers against the Service.

Content you submit

You keep any rights you may have in content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and analyse it solely to operate and improve the Service. This licence ends when we delete your data. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.

AI-generated content

Replies from the AI companion are generated automatically and may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation. Don’t rely on any AI reply as a substitute for professional advice. If you spot a problematic reply, please use the “Report this reply” option — we use reports to make the AI safer over time.

Crisis handling

The app’s Crisis Mode surfaces local helpline numbers (YEDAM 115 and Alo 191 in Turkey). Crisis Mode is a signposting resource. We do not run a crisis service ourselves. In a real emergency, contact the helplines or emergency services directly.

Availability, changes, termination

We provide the Service “as is” and aim for high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update or remove features from time to time; where a change materially reduces what is available to you, we will try to give notice in the app.

We may also update these Terms. If we make a material change, we’ll update the date above and prompt you in the app for significant changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

You can stop using the app at any time — use “Delete account” to remove your data. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, that your use poses a risk to others or the Service, or that we are required to by law.

Intellectual property

The app, its content (excluding user content), its design, and the “NextLife AI” and “Next Technology Gate” names and logos are ours or our licensors’. Nothing here transfers those rights to you.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, and we make no promise that it will meet your specific needs or produce any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, and our total liability to you is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling) or its equivalent in your local currency. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your non-excludable statutory rights are not affected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — except that:

• if you are a consumer resident in Turkey, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and Turkish consumer-law protections that cannot be excluded by contract continue to apply;
• equivalent local consumer-law protections apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or EU.
